Dumpling Delight: Savoring the Joy of Bite-Sized Pleasures.

Born and raised in Mumbai, I had a plethora of cuisine alternatives to choose from. Dumplings, commonly known as Momos or Dimsums, are one of my favorite foods. Dumplings are a culinary treasure found across cultures, each with its own unique twist and flavor profile. These delectable pockets of joy bring people together, captivating taste buds with their tantalizing fillings and diverse cooking methods. 

On our third stop of our Gastronomic journey, I present you Dumpling Delights for all you Momo-maniacs out there. Join me on a mouthwatering journey as I explore the world of dumpling delights and uncover the secrets behind these irresistible creations.

Apurva Bandiwdekar established Dumpling Delights in 2017. This Matunga food truck is famed for serving clients scorching hot dumplings. This food truck, which is located just outside Ruia College, is seen buzzing with students due to the extremely reasonable plates of excellent momos that this food truck delivers. They have now upgraded to a fantastic restaurant in Matunga circle. They provide a broad range of dumplings, including steamed, fried, and tandoori momos. The tandoori momos, which is their signature dish, must be tried.  These tasty momos have a smokey flavour since they are grilled over charcoal. These momos explode in your tongue with spicy and tangy flavours. Another dish you should try is "Veg Cheese Kothey"; this delicious momo is filled with fresh veggies, smashed cheese, and Tibetan spices. The distinctive Schezwan sauce made by the chef is served with these dumplings.  Additionally, they serve dumpling soup, which is ideal for a chilly evening.
